If you have discussed this method/treatment with a health professional and have a prescription already, you can book your appointment for the insertion (or replacement) directly via the bookings tab. You must fill your prescription and bring your device with you. If you haven't already discussed it with a professional yet and/or don't have a prescription then please book a consultation BEFORE you book your procedure.

If you are coming for a consultation with one of our doctors then try to think of some questions before meeting with the doctor so you can get the most out of your appointment. We are here to help and want to make sure you make informed decisions so no question is wrong or silly.

Health card holders
Please note that the payment for health care holders is different, as we must collect payment before meeting with you. For this reason the process on HotDoc is slightly different. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns

If you have opted for an intra-uterine device (Mirena® or other device) and require an insertion or removal service, we make it easy.
